We don’t just respond to crisis.
We stay until communities can
can lead their own recovery,
on their own terms.
We train local leaders, build sustainable systems, and gradually transfer decision-making authority to the people closest to the work.
This approach is reflected across our domestic and global programs and documented in our annual impact and financial reports.
OUR MISSION
We partner with communities in crisis to restore dignity, build resilience, and create sustainable pathways to self-sufficiency—guided by local leadership, accountable to those we serve.

LOCAL PARTNERSHIP
We hire locally, train local leaders, & phase out gradually, transferring authority, not dependency.
SUSTAINABILITY
Exit strategies are built
into every program from day one, ensuring long-term community ownership.
ANNUAL REPORTS
Independently audited statements show exactly how donations are allocated across programs, operations, and fundraising.
