The humanitarian crisis in Palestine represents one of the most severe and protracted displacement situations globally. Families face ongoing conflict, destroyed infrastructure, limited access to essential services, and profound uncertainty about their future. Millions require immediate assistance and sustained recovery support.

Total Beneficiaries Reached

46,599 individuals were supported through various interventions, including food parcels, shelter supplies, apparel kits, hygiene products, and fresh vegetable parcels.

Total Households Assisted

7,678 households received aid across all interventions, ensuring widespread support for families in need.

Most Implemented Interventions:

Food parcels (28%) and apparel kits (27%) were the most frequently implemented interventions, addressing critical needs for nutrition and clothing

Geographical Coverage:

Aid was distributed proportionally across all five governorates of the Gaza Strip:

North Gaza Governorate: 23% ​
Khan Yunis Governorate: 23% ​
Rafah Governorate: 22%
Gaza Governorate: 21% ​
Middle Area Governorate: 11%

  • Economic Development

    Hanan Relief Group supports high-impact, community-driven projects that promote independence and resilience. By investing in education, skills training, and microeconomic initiatives across fields like IT, agriculture, skilled trades, and beauty services, we help individuals and families build livelihoods, create jobs, and move toward long-term self-sufficiency.

  • Urgent Relief

    We deliver life-saving assistance to families affected by siege, displacement, and extreme hardship. We provide food baskets, hot meals, fresh produce, hygiene kits, seasonal clothing, medical supplies, and baby formula to meet urgent needs and restore hope for families who have lost everything.

  • PD Initiative Expansion

    Building on the success of our initial program, we are now expanding the PD initiative to hospitals across Palestine. This expansion represents a major advancement in improving access to quality healthcare and empowering patients with greater independence and dignity. We are proud to lead this pioneering effort in transforming kidney care throughout the region.
