Our Response to Crisis
Food insecurity, housing instability, & limited access to healthcare place families across the United States in ongoing crisis. Refugees, immigrants, & low income households are often forced to navigate complex systems without the support needed to achieve stability.
Domestic Challenges
Conflict, natural disasters, and economic instability displace families and disrupt access to food, healthcare, and safety. In crisis zones around the world, communities are left without the tools required to recover and rebuild.

Dr. Ahmad Nasef Scholarship
Dr. Ahmad Nasef played an important role as a part of the founding committee in the Hanan Milwaukee Chapter. Dr. Nasef had a passion for helping others, especially refugees, and was well known by everyone. He was known for being the cheerful, humble and kind one. He always had a positive attitude and loved everyone. He helped establish many businesses for refugees in the Milwaukee community. He will be greatly missed by the entire Hanan Refugee Relief Group board members and committee members.
To honor him Hanan Milwaukee Chapter has set up a scholarship in his name. The Dr. Ahmad Nasef Scholarship will help refugee/immigrant students in Wisconsin.
