Why Palestine’s Programs Matter

Displacement and humanitarian crises require multi-year, locally informed solutions across multiple regions. When families are forced to flee their homes due to conflict, persecution, or disaster, their needs extend far beyond immediate emergency relief. The most vulnerable communities across Palestine face complex, interconnected challenges: disrupted livelihoods, limited access to healthcare and education, food insecurity, and the trauma of loss and uncertainty.

One-time aid is insufficient without continuity. HANAN Palestine's Programs recognize that sustainable recovery requires ongoing care, cultural sensitivity, and deep partnerships with local organizations who understand the unique context of each individual we serve, no matter where they are.
